Free Plant Room Audit for Bangalore Apartments
Reshma Facilities Management will inspect your sewage treatment plant, water treatment plant, pump room and transformer and give the association a written report with photographs. It costs nothing and there is no contract to sign. If everything is running well, the report will say so.
What we check
System | What we look at |
|---|---|
STP | Process type, actual vs design flow, dosing, blowers and aeration, sludge, log book, KSPCB consent status |
WTP | TDS and hardness in and out, softener condition, filters, RO performance, residual chlorine |
Pump room | Pump condition, starters, level controls, hydro-pneumatic settings, leaks |
Transformer and HT panel | Oil level and breather, heating, earthing, statutory records |
Tanks | Sump and overhead tank condition, access and sediment |
What you get
A written report covering each system: its current condition, what is being done right, what is not, and what it will cost the association if it stays as it is. With photographs.
We do not sell plants or take commission on equipment. If the report says something needs replacing, that is because it does.
How long it takes
Two to three hours on site for a typical 100 to 300 flat community. The written report follows within [CONFIRM] working days.
Why we offer this free
The best way to show we understand plant rooms is to spend two hours in yours. If you read the report and decide to stay with your current vendor, you still have a useful document.
Frequently asked questions
No. The audit is free with no obligation.
A committee member and your current operator or technician, if you have one.
