Shifts and replacement cover
Posts run on 8 or 12 hour shifts as agreed. If a guard is absent, a replacement comes from our standby pool within the time stated in the contract. An unmanned gate at night is the most serious failure in apartment security, so this is written down, not promised verbally.
Security with the rest of your facility contract
When security, housekeeping and technical staff are under one supervisor, handovers are simpler. The night guard knows who to call when the pump trips. The housekeeping lead knows which visitors are expected. One report goes to the committee.

Security is priced per guard per month, based on shift length, number of posts, and Karnataka minimum wage for security staff plus PF and ESI.
